On the Replace tab, enter the text you want to find and replace in the spreadsheet. Once the shortcut key opens or you click the Replace option under Find & Select, a Find and Replace window opens. And that's what I am looking for: a rest template for all predefined word styles. The Ctrl+ F and Command+ F keyboard shortcut keys also work in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet programs to open the Find and Replace text box. There is a CSS file with each framework to reset the browsers' predefined styles. Who works with CSS frameworks knows what I am talking about. My question is how to rest all predefined styles in the word template as if I am in a plain text editor for start defining my own styles independently: those I only want? Plain text editor is more useful for users who are comfortable with HTML because most formatting is done manually by writing HTML directly into the editor. But that will include all used and unused styles and will keep the old styles that I didn't use, without mentioning MS-word settings: like bullets indentations and paragraphs spacing and auto editing correction. I know I can change it once and save it into a new template. Use the formatting menu in the toolbar (displays normal by default) to select. All are included in a word template to use it more than time. The buttons at the top of the editor control the display of text editor. Whenever you start your document you start re-defining those styles again, and some of those styles are nested from Normal style. As you may know, MS-Word have a predefined styles for Headings, Paragraphs, Capital letters and more stored into it's default template.
